Who are we?
The Northenders are a UK based Xbox 360 clan who play a selection of games on Xbox LIVE. Mainly custom games, with a smattering of matchmaking thrown in occasionally. Although we're predominately Xbox-orientated, you'll also find keen Sony PS3 and Nintendo Wii owners here too, so don't think we're limited to just the single format!
We are a clan aimed at the more 'mature' gamer (mature being attitude rather than age - there is no minimum age requirement to join, although the majority of members are getting on a bit  ) where enthusiasm counts more than ability. If you are the type of person who obsesses over stats and kill count then you are probably better off looking elsewhere for your gaming kicks. It doesn't hurt if you have some ability though, but the primary aim of our games is to have fun!
During games the occasional cuss word is fine - Many of ours are action games after all - but a constant stream of foul language and abuse directed at other players will result in the offender being booted from the game, and possibly blacklisted from these boards... Racism or sexism of any kind will not be tolerated.
What do we play?
We play all sorts of game types on LIVE including the usual current crop of classics (the usual suspects in the Halo, CoD, PGR, GoW, GRAW, Rainbow 6, Burnout, etc. series of games) but we also often go back to older games for a blast from the past.
Think of a 360 game and at least one of us will have it for you to have someone to go up against.
Games from the Marketplace are also popular, so we cater for all tastes.
You're always bound to find one or more of us online in a game, so feel free to send us an invite or ask to join our game if there is a party of us (Which in most games, there always is!).
